Mongolie Grill Whistler respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, why we collect it and what we do with it.
Information we collect
Information you give us: when you fill in a form on this site we collect what you put in it, which may include your name, email address, phone number and anything you write in the message.
Information collected automatically: our website host records standard technical information each time a page is requested, such as your IP address, browser, device type and the pages you looked at.
Cookies: this site uses cookies to work properly and to help us understand how it is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How we use it
To reply to enquiries, including group and private event enquiries.
To keep the website working and to improve it.
To meet our legal and record keeping obligations.
Reservations
Table reservations are handled by OpenTable rather than by this website. When you book a table you give your information to OpenTable, and their privacy policy applies to it as well as this one.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the suppliers who help us run the restaurant and this website, such as our website host, our email provider and OpenTable, and only as far as they need it to do that work. We will also share it where the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and the correspondence around them for as long as we need them to deal with your request and to meet our record keeping obligations, and then we delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Your rights
Under British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and withdraw your consent to us using it. Contact us using the details below and we will deal with it.
Other websites
This site links out to Instagram, Facebook, Google Maps and OpenTable. Once you follow one of those links you are on their website and this policy no longer applies.
Children
This website is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
